I am active in the International Facility Management Association, APPA: Leadership In Educational Facilities, and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and am certified in each as a CFM, CEFP, and MRICS. I carry the title of a Chartered Facilities Management Surveyor and I'm also certified as a management consultant with the CMC designation from the Canadian Association of Management Consultants. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree and MBA from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan.

Mount Royal UniversityChief facilities management officer responsible for 2.0M square foot university campus. Manage $28M operating and capital renewal budget, 105 employees, and 110 outsourced staff. Providing project management and oversight in five-year $250M capital building program to expand campus footprint by 33%.

City of CalgaryDirected facility management operations in 3.25M square foot portfolio responsible for City Hall and all administrative use buildings. Managed $41.5M budget and guided team of 120 employees. Operational focus changed to emergency response and recovery following catastrophic 100-year flood in 2013.

Saskatoon Health RegionChief facilities management officer responsible for 3.7M square foot portfolio including an acute care teaching hospital aligned with the University of Saskatchewan, an acute care inner-city hospital, and a Level 4 long-term care home. Managed $40.6M operating budget and led 750 staff. Operated portfolio under constant budget pressure and minimal capital reinvestment. Reduced operating costs by 6%.
