- Being entrusted with the leadership of a 750-employee organization with five distinct departments and a $40.6M operating budget in a 12,000-employee health care organization
- Led a $2.5M on time and on-budget project that created a new 145-seat call center handling over 1 million customer interactions a year
- Delivered an organizationally unprecedented 12% reduction in spending in a financial turn-around that reduced a predicted $2.1M budget deficit to a near break-even in less than six months
- Created a ‘super-department’ and built a single, integrated 16 person management team to consolidate five formerly independent functions reducing overhead costs by $500K annually
- Implemented significant accounting, shipping, and inventory control procedures to help my organization save over $1.5M annually.

I am presently leading a functionally diverse department consisting of 750 employees and a $40.2M annual operating budget. Prior experience includes business development, customer service and financial management. For six years, I led my own management consulting firm with a specialization in organizational and process design and change management.
He hold the degrees of a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA and is a Certified Management Consultant.
